Privacy
The short version: we don’t run analytics, ads or tracking on this site, there are no accounts, and we don’t set cookies.

When you visit
To deliver the pages, our hosting provider handles technical data your browser sends with every request, such as your IP address, browser type and the time of the visit, and may keep it briefly in server logs. This is needed to run the site and keep it secure, which is our legitimate interest (GDPR article 6(1)(f)).
Fonts
Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. To fetch them, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address. Google’s own privacy policy applies to that connection.
When you contact us
The contact form on this site doesn’t send anything to a server. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you send it yourself. When you email us, we use your address and what you wrote to reply, and we keep it only as long as the conversation needs it.
Other services
We link to Discord, YouTube, X and Fortnite. Nothing is loaded from them until you follow a link, and once you’re there, their privacy policies apply. Videos on this site, such as the ABYSS trailer, only load when you press play. If a video is hosted on YouTube, it plays through YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and YouTube’s privacy policy applies to it.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or move it elsewhere. Email contact@ouchuefn.com. If you think we’ve handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, IMY.
If you’re under 13, please ask a parent or guardian before you email us.

Our content
The text, images, video, logos and game art on this site belong to OAV Studios AB or are used with permission. You’re welcome to share links, and to use screenshots and footage of our games in videos, streams, articles and fan work, as long as you credit OUCH Studios. For anything else, including commercial use of our art, please ask first.
Our games
Our worlds are played in Fortnite, so playing them is covered by Epic Games’ terms, including the Fortnite End User License Agreement. Island codes, availability and features can change.
No guarantees
We try to keep everything here accurate and the site running, but it is provided as it is, without warranties. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
Changes and law
We may update this page from time to time, and the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by Swedish law.
